At Trellus, our Behavioral Health team provides high-quality, evidence-based counseling support that is  grounded in cultural and trauma-informed care. We emphasize trusting, caring, and compassionate therapeutic relationships, and our clinicians are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can heal and thrive.

We welcome those ages 5+ in need of:

  • Psychotherapy (Individual, Group, and Family Therapy)- Using evidence-based approaches to address a range of mental health concerns..
  • Clinical Case Management – Helping clients connect with community resources and support systems to promote long-term stability and well-being.
  • School-Based and Community-Based services – We partner with a number of Chicago Public Schools and Community organizations to offer our services on-site. This service helps families to effectively navigate scheduling and transportation barriers to treatment.

Our clinicians provide support for a range of mental health diagnoses, including but not limited to:

  • Anxiety Disorders (Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety)
  • Mood Disorders (Depression, Bipolar Disorder)
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other trauma-related conditions
  • Adjustment Disorders and life transitions
  • Grief and Loss

We recognize the impact of trauma, cultural identity, and systemic factors the contribute to  mental health challenges. Our clinicians are dedicated to providing individualized, culturally responsive care that honors each person’s lived experiences.

Flexible hours and location for services can be arranged based on the client needs and program regulations.

CHILD AND ADOLESCENT SERVICES

Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Services are offered at partner Chicago Public School (CPS) locations on designated days.
