Behavioral Health

Located in the heart of West Ridge, our behavioral health team strives to provide client-centered supports that honor culture and community to all immigrant, refugee, and underserved communities.

Through linguistically appropriate services, we hope to promote empowerment, growth, and healing. We believe in meeting those we serve where they are at, both emotionally and located physically and offer counseling supports in the setting most appropriate for the client.

Services Offered:

Case Management

We understand that mental health needs can impact the ability to gain safety and security. Our clinical team can work with you to establish the necessary supports needed.

Individual Counseling

Whether you’re struggling to heal from past trauma or need someone to support you through everyday stressors, our clinical team is trained to work with those ages 6 years old and older.

Family Counseling

Often, everyday stressors can cause a negative impact on the family unit. We believe in promoting healing through the family and can support your family through this journey.

Group Counseling and Community Support Groups

Our group counseling and community support groups offer a brave space for people to come together and learn and grow with one another. We believe in a community approach to healing and offer daily groups that promote connection, learning, laughter, and community.

School-Based Services

Trellus partners with several elementary and high schools to bring counseling services into school buildings. If you’re interested in services within your school, please email Hollis Rabin, LMFT at hrabin@mytrellus.org
