At Trellus, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive. Rooted in Chicago’s diverse communities, we work alongside individuals and families to remove barriers, create opportunities, and provide the support people need to build the lives they envision for themselves.

Through programs that support education, workforce development, behavioral health, and community well-being, as well as our K–8 school, Passages Charter School, we meet people where they are, recognize their strengths, and help open doors to new possibilities.

Your generosity makes this work possible. Every gift helps us deepen our impact, respond to the evolving needs of our communities, and ensure that more individuals and families have access to the resources, relationships, and opportunities they deserve.

When you give to Trellus, you’re doing more than supporting programs. You’re investing in people, strengthening communities, and helping create opportunities that extend far beyond any one individual or family.

Thank you for being part of our community.
